We understand that people may feel insecure about transmitting their credit card information over the Internet. That's why we offer secure credit card transactions.

This means that no one but us can get your credit card information. When you go to our order form you'll notice the designation of an unbroken key in the lower left corner. This officially designates the site as secure.

Special Notice: Once we have received and shipped your order you'll receive an email message from us. If you don't receive this message within a day or two please email us at beyondtherainbow@hvc.rr.com so that we can track down any difficulties in the transmission of the order.

ORDERING BY PHONE

Call (845) 336-4609 to place your order. Office hours are between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Eastern time. You may call on the weekends, as well. If we happen to not be around (we might be in the garden or dodging bears in the woods) please leave your phone number and a good time to reach you.

NOTE: We highly recommend sending a money order instead of a personal check. We cannot process an order until a check has cleared which can take a week or more.

YOUR CREDIT CARD

If you choose to order either by phone or by mail, we will keep your credit card information in our files. Thus, you can send us any future orders by email.

YOUR PRIVACY IS OUR PROMISE

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise make your email address, snail mail address, or telephone number available to anyone. If you make a purchase we will keep this information for our own records only.

REFUND POLICY

We guarantee all of our products. If, for any reason, a product doesn't meet your expectations you may return it to us in new condition within 30 days of receiving order.. We will happily refund your money, exchange the item at your request, or issue a credit (less all shipping costs).

EXCEPTION: Any special order jewelry whether gold or silver is non-returnable and non-refundable. There are other special order items that are subject to this policy as well. It will say at top of page whether the items on that page are by special order only.

RETURNED GOODS POLICY

Never return an item without calling Beyond the Rainbow first to get a RM (returned merchandise} number) 845-336-4609.

We will refuse any item that is returned without a valid RM number on front of package and you will be responsible for the shipping charges.

U.S. ORDERS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards. We have a secure service for data capture, but if you feel more comfortable mailing this information and your order that's fine.

If you prefer to send us a check or we will need to wait until it clears before sending you your merchandise. Items paid with money orders get shipped within two business days.

Note:Our shopping cart automatically generates the shipping costs listed in the table below. In some cases shipping and handling will be more than these costs because of the weight of the package or because an order may be being shipped in two or more packages. We will adjust the shipping and handling cost and will show it on the invoice you receive with your package.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and international money orders in U.S. funds.

Shipping costs vary with country and weight. In most cases insured shipping starts at approx. $16 for a package under 1 lb within Europe and gets costlier with weight and distance.

If you use our shopping cart it generates an automatic shipping amount on your email receipt based on shipping WITHIN the US. If you are having something shipped overseas the cost will be higher.

We will notify you about your overseas shipping costs before we ship.
